Minecraft Ratings-Runecraft

Today I was on Runecraft, a Minecraft Server full of Rude, arrogant people. One in particular TP'd to me after I asked if anyone wanted a horse I didn't want(cause I had 2), and he killed all 3and a stray one. A few minutes before, a mod said they allow horses on the server if they were claimed, and not rouge. A HORSE WITH SADDLES AND  ARMOR IS NOT ROUGE.
Therefore, I will now rate the server:
Friendliness: D-
Rule Adaptability: D-
Mod and Admin Rating: D+
Why?:
The admins and mods don't do anything, the one mentioned above just chatted, and did NOT bring our horses back.
OVERALL: Terrible server that could do better. I  do not like the way people treat you, as they do NOT follow rules, cuss, and mods don't do their jobs. I may seem like I'm just mad, but I have been on before, and every time I quit because of some rude person.
FINAL RATING: Do NOT go on this server. It has received a D.
